Tom started The Chiacchio Firm over twenty years ago after serving as a law clerk for the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and obtaining his initial experience practicing in international law firm Blank Rome’s litigation department. Tom represents international and domestic businesses ranging from a few employees to thousands of employees in litigation and clients regularly seek his advice on employment law issues as well as compliance issues. Clients also regularly ask for Tom to lead his team on corporate matters such as mergers and acquisitions as well as formation of business entities. Clay pulls from his vast experience in commercial real estate transactions to achieve a client's goals in mergers and acquisitions as well as business formation matters. Linda Alle-Murphy brings extensive litigation experience to the firm. She has practiced in federal, state and bankruptcy courts in multple states for over twenty years. Linda’s experience focuses on commercial, business, and bankruptcy litigation. Among her representations have been the successful defense of clients on corporate veil-piercing efforts, the opening of judgments by confession, and arbitration and mediation awards on behalf of clients of all business sizes. She has been recognized for her legal work with the Rising Stars Award and Super Lawyer Award. Prior to her career as an attorney, Linda attended the Juilliard School and worked as a professional cellist in orchestras and music schools in Germany. Linda is also dedicated to serving the community, having previously been on the boards of The Career Wardrobe, and Bridge of Hope Lancaster and Chester Counties. Presently she serves on the Board of Trustees of Hopewell United Methodist Church.

Professor Ann R. Dougherty, Esquire has over thirty years of experience and teaches at the Delaware Law School of Widener University. Ann’s experience includes representing businesses in litigation involving corporate disputes, contract disputes and virtually every other type of business matter that arises. In addition, she is an expert in insurance matters. Ann has successfully represented corporations in declaratory judgment matters concerning environmental and asbestos exposure, handled excess recoveries, comprehensive claim reviews and negotiated cost sharing agreements. Ann is also asked by firm clients for her advice on corporate transactions both internationally and in the United States. She has also represented religious organizations including risk management strategies. In addition to teaching law school, Ann teaches introductory Philosophy and Ethics courses at community colleges. Ann is a member of the Philanthropic Educational Organization for Women and the Daughters of the American Revolution. She has served on the Boards of the American Lung Association of the Mid-Atlantic for Delaware and the Wilmington Ballet Academy.
