The Chiacchio Firm has been in business for over twenty years and we define our success by achieving the highest level of client satisfaction possible.
For more than two decades, The Chiacchio Firm has represented international and domestic businesses in litigation, transactions and as trusted counselors for compliance matters. Tom Chiacchio founded the firm after clerking for the Pennsylvania Supreme Court and obtaining his initial experience at Blank Rome LLP. Our team of attorneys from large firms, academia and real world business experience allow our firm to serve our clients better than other business law firms whether big or small. All of our attorneys have in-depth transactional and litigation experience which allows us to better serve our clients by anticipating and eliminating potential problems at the transaction stage of a representation while seamlessly going into the courtroom or arbitration hearing when necessary. That continuity provides a streamlined representation unlike so many other business firms whose transactional attorneys have never seen the inside of a courtroom. Our firm also takes pride in the fact that even though we are located in the heart of the Northeastern United States with offices in Philadelphia and Northern New Jersey for our New York City based clients, we avoid big firm overhead therefore allowing us to charge reasonable rates that other high caliber firms cannot match.
In addition to Mr. Chiacchio successfully represented the Philadelphia Eagles, Morgan Stanley and Hanover Foods all before the Pennsylvania Supreme Court, Mr. Chiacchio has represented businesses throughout world and in every region of the United States.
Mr. Chiacchio also recently served as Chair of the Justinian Society and Brandeis Law Society Foundation's Lifetime Achievement Award which was recently awarded to the Honorable Anthony J. Scirica of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit, served as Chair of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg Pursuit of Justice Legal Writing Competition, serves on the Justinian Society's Board of Governors as Vice Chancellor and has taught continuing legal education courses to other attorneys.
